Honoring Our Nation: War Memorials and Arlington Cemetery

Join us for a 4-hour privately guided tour of some of Washington, DC’s most important attractions. We will visit Arlington National Cemetery, where we will visit the ceremonial Tomb of the Unknown Soldiers and the President John F. Kennedy grave sight as well as those of Jackie, Bobby, and Teddy Kennedy, As we walk through the Cemetery, we will stop periodically during our 2-mile walk to learn important insights about the Cemetery’s history and architecture.
Next, we will explore the Lincoln, Vietnam War, and Korean Veterans War Memorial. These three important Memorials, while near each other, are very different historically and architecturally. Learn the highlights of all three.
We will travel between our sites by motor coach. As we drive, we will glimpse other significant sights.
You will have many opportunities for fabulous photos.
